PHI BIOMED collects the following personal information for membership registration, use of bulletin board, etc.

PHI BIOMED destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information has been achieved.

Procedures and methods of destroying personal information

In principle, PHI BIOMED will immediately destroy the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
The procedure and method of destruction are as follows

• Destruction procedure
  The information you enter will be moved to a separate DB (a separate filing cabinet for paper) after the purposes are achieved, and destroyed after it is stored for a certain period of time according to information protection clauses pursuant to internal policies and other related laws (see the retention and use period). The personal information moved to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless necessitated by law.
• Destruction method
  Personal information stored in the form of electronic files must be deleted using a technical method ensuring that the records cannot be reproduced.

PHI BIOMED will not offer user’s personal information to outside in principle.
However, exceptions will be made in the following events.

• In the event that the prior consent of users was obtained
• In the event that an investigative agency requests it according to laws, or according to legal procedures and methods for the purpose of investigation

Consignment of collected personal information

PHI BIOEMD will not entrust customer information to any outside (third) party without your consent.
If such a need arises in the future, you will be notified the information about entrusted person and the contents, and your prior approval will first be obtained if necessary.

Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them

Users and their legal representatives may view or modify their own personal information or the personal information of children under 14 years of age at any time, and request cancellation of membership at any time.
In order to view or modify the personal information of a user or a child under the age of 14, you can click “Change personal information” (or “Modify member information”), and to cancel membership (Agreed withdrawal) you can click “Opt out” and go through the identification process before displaying or correcting information, or withdrawing your membership.
Or, if you can contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail, we will take the necessary actions immediately.
If you requested correction of any errors to your personal information, this information will not be used or provided to others until the correction is completed. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will immediately notify the discrepancy and correction to the third party
PHI BIOMED will handle the personal information cancelled or deleted at the request of users or legal representatives as stipulated in the, "Period for retaining and using the personal information” collected by PHI BIOMED and make sure that said information is not read or used for any other purpose.

Matters concerning installation, operation and denial of automatic personal information collection devices

We do not operate a device that collects personal information generated automatically over the Internet such as cookies, etc.
